Infinite Campus Payments
As of August 2026, Madison School District is no longer using My School Bucks. The district is now using Campus Payments through Infinite Campus for its online payment system for school activities and other fees.

Dear Madison Families,
As we begin the new school year, we are excited to introduce our new Infinite Campus payment platform. This system is designed to streamline school-related payments, providing you with a more secure and efficient way to manage fees, field trips, and lunch accounts in a platform that you already utilize for your students enrollment and grades.
We are writing to inform you that transactions made through this new platform will include a standard payment processing service fee. While service fees are common with online payment processors, our school district has proudly absorbed these costs for the past 12 years to support our families. However, due to rising operational costs the district can no longer sustain these transaction fees.
The service fee will be clearly displayed before you finalize any transaction, ensuring complete transparency. Please note that the district does not profit from this fee; the amount goes directly to the payment processor to cover secure transaction handling.
To help families minimize these costs, Infinite Campus offers an eCheck (ACH) option using a bank routing and account number, which features a significantly lower flat fee compared to credit or debit card percentage rates. Additionally, you may still make payments via cash or check directly at your student's school building to avoid online processing fees entirely.
We deeply appreciate your understanding and continued partnership as we make this transition. If you have any questions regarding the new payment platform or need assistance setting up your account, please contact your student’s building office and they can direct you to the appropriate staff member.
Sincerely,
Nick Steinmetz
Superintendent
Additionally, Madison has a public Campus Payments online store for family and friends without Infinite Campus accounts where they can make purchases for things like event or season tickets.
