MADISON MIDDLE SCHOOL NAMED AMONG TOP 100 PUBLIC ELEMENTARY AND MIDDLE SCHOOLS IN MICHIGAN

 

MADISON TWP., ADRIAN, MI –  Madison Middle School was recently recognized by the Mackinac Center for Public Policy as one of the highest-achieving public schools in the category of “Top 100 Elementary and Middle Schools” in the State of Michigan. This recognition was published on February 19, 2020 in The Michigan Context and Performance Report Card (CAP).

The CAP report card examines each school’s performance on state standardized assessments in relation to the economic status of their respective student bodies. Madison Middle School ranked in the Top 100 (No. 78) on the list of schools that have achieved sustained high performance from 2009 to 2019. The school scored an average of 111.11 over this period of eleven years, which ranked in the top four percent of schools in Michigan, as well as earning Madison Middle School an “A” grade.
