Madison Elementary Fall Cookie Dough Fundraiser

Sales start Friday, September 14 and all orders and money are due on Friday, September 28. Order forms and packets went home today (Friday, September 14).

Make checks payable to Madison Elementary School. For questions, contact the Elementary Office at 517-263-0744.

Cookie delivery will be Tuesday, November 6 from 3:30 – 6:00 p.m. in the Elementary Cafe.

 

You are encouraged to buy/sell online this year! 

  • On your MOBILE device: Text “REGISTER MAP0001N” to 330-249-7166. Include a space between the word register and the code in your text.
  • On your COMPUTER: Visit REGISTER.GWRCFUNDRAISING.COM and click the blue button to register with you school code: MAPP0001N.
    • Use the 7-digit number from the top right or your student’s order form. If using multiple order forms, please use the number from the first order form only!
    • Follow the simple instructions.
    • You’ll receive an EMAIL and TEXT that you can forward to friends and family.

DO NOT WRITE ONLINE ORDERS ON YOUR ORDER FORM. THIS WILL DOUBLE YOUR ORDERS!

 

The proceeds of the Fundraiser will go toward new playground equipment!

 

This year’s prizes include:

Your goal is to sell at least 10 items! The class who sells the most gets a pizza party!

Sell 10 Items: Your name will go into a drawing for 4 free passes to the Splash Universe Water Park in Dundee!

Sell 20 items: You get to put a pie in the face of Mrs. Miller, Mr. Frederick, or Mr. Pechaitis! 

Sell 25 items: Ice cream party and limo ride!

Sell 35 items: Grab a bill from the cash box, up to $100!
