The link provided below opens a parent survey for Madison School District, sponsored by AdvancED. This survey began on 18 October 2017 and will close on 27 October 2017.
Please take a moment to provide Madison School District feedback to support our commitment to continuous improvement. All feedback is anonymous and collected by AdvancED. The data correlated by AdvancEd will be made available to the Madison School Improvement Team to assist with planning and decision making.
All stakeholders are welcome to be a part of the School Improvement Team and decision making process. The HS team meets the 2nd Thursday of the month from 2:50 pm – 4:00 pm. The MS team meets the 3rd Thursday of the month from 2:50 - 4:00 pm. The elementary team meets the 3rd Monday of the month from 3:45 - 5:30 pm. For those unable to attend the meetings, minutes can be provided and the opportunity to offer input on future decisions made available.
